Phillippe A. Melograne has been a true consummate professional within the legal system.  Phillippe earned a Juris Doctorate from Duquense University Law School, and also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Political Science.

Phillippe is a current District Judge and former Common Pleas Judge of Washington County, PA. He has been practicing law since 1987 and joined the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office as a Prosecutor in 1989. He has a plethora of other qualifications listed under the "ABOUT" page.
